Petition to Restore Stream Flows on East Maui

We, the undersigned residents and visitors of Maui, support immediate efforts by State, County and private landowners to create and implement a plan to restore appropriate levels of water flow to East Maui streams that have been depleted by diversion and/or ground water pumping. 

All streams in East Maui that provide native stream life habitat, water for traditional or subsistence agriculture or local community use should be restored to allow sustainable use by the local community.
